14-Day Guarantee
If you're not satisfied within 14 days of receiving your first order of any SKU, contact us at hi@lorbiotics.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked, no return required.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations received before the next scheduled shipment date will take effect immediately. Already-shipped orders are non-returnable.
